Order Cut-Off

All orders placed before midnight (EST) on Fridays will ship on Monday via the shipping method that you select at checkout.  Orders placed after this time will ship the following Monday.

Shipping Rates and Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods using UPS or USPS but recommend selecting an option that allows your desserts to arrive before the weekend. Remember that we can guarantee when your order will ship (Mondays) but not when the order will arrive as carriers do experience weather or other unforeseen delays so please plan accordingly for Thanksgiving and other holidays.  Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. 

Local Pick Up Options in the Atlanta Metro area

Order pick up is available on Mondays between 11:00am-6:00pm at our commercial kitchen (HH Artisan Kitchen, 1690 Hwy 34 E. Ste. H, Newnan, GA 30265). Simply select the ‘Pick Up’ delivery option at checkout.  Note – kitchen orders are still subject to the same midnight Friday cut-off.

Order pick up is also available at our farmers markets and special events. Just head over to our Event Calendar page and see when we’ll be close to you. Next, select the ‘Pick Up’ delivery option at checkout and finally, list the event in the notes section at checkout (e.g. March 1 Vinings Farmers Market). You will receive a pick up reminder the night before the market/event. Note – market and event orders require 72 hours’ notice but are not subject to the Friday midnight cut-off rule i.e. if you order on a Tuesday, you can pick up your order at a Saturday event.
